Vandreturen til Eqalorutsit Gletscher<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Camp Eqalorutsit ligger p\u00e5 en lille gr\u00e6sslette inderst i bugten af Breddefjord, hvor den store Eqalorutsit Gletscher n\u00e5r ud til fjorden og producerer isbjerge i d\u00f8gndrift. Eqalorutsit er \u00e9n af de mest aktive gletschere i Sydgr\u00f8nland, og der er en konstant bragen og rumlen fra gletscheren og de isfjelde og isskosser der allerede ligger i vandet. Ved lavvande strander isfjeldene p\u00e5 sandstranden, og en vandring mellem de massive, bl\u00e5 og krystalagtige klodser er noget helt specielt. Der er desuden en fin dagstur op mod gletscheren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ruten til Eqalorutsit Gletscher g\u00e5r over fjeldet i over 600 meters h\u00f8jde. Den lidt h\u00e5rde opstigning er dog besv\u00e6ret v\u00e6rd! Der er flot udsigt ud over Tunulliarfik fjorden fra passet, og n\u00e5r du er kommet ned over skr\u00e5ningen p\u00e5 den anden side, er det let vandring gennem dalen ud til gletscheren Eqalorutsit.<\/p>

Rutebeskrivelse<\/h3>

Bem\u00e6rk at Qinngua elven kun kan krydses ved dens udl\u00f8b i fjorden t\u00e6t ved f\u00e5reholderstedet Qinngua Kangilleq (\u00f8st for elven). Der har tidligere v\u00e6ret en bro l\u00e6ngere oppe langs elven, men den er der ikke l\u00e6ngere, s\u00e5 v\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 hvilken side af elven du er p\u00e5, hvis du kommer vandrende oppe fra Johan Dahl land og vil ud til Eqalorutsit Gletscher. Forh\u00f8r dig evt. n\u00e6rmere i Narsarsuaq f\u00f8r du begiver dig ud p\u00e5 tur.<\/p>

Den f\u00f8lgende beskrivelse tager udgangspunkt i, at du kommer vandrende langs fjorden fra Qassiarsuk, eller bliver sejlet ind til Qinngua (p\u00e5 vestsiden af elven):<\/p>

Lige syd for f\u00e5reholdstedet Qinngua (ca \u00bd km) forlader du grusvejen og s\u00f8ger op i terr\u00e6net. Der er ikke nogen sti men vegetationen er lav og det er nemt terr\u00e6n at g\u00e5 opad i. Sigt efter det laveste punkt mellem fjeldene. Den f\u00f8rste store s\u00f8 du m\u00f8der, g\u00e5r du h\u00f8jre om, senere flader det ud, og du m\u00f8der en r\u00e6kke mindre s\u00f8er\/vandhuller, inden du er helt oppe, og det g\u00e5r nedad mod dalen p\u00e5 den anden side. Det f\u00f8rste stykke af nedstigningen er lidt stejlt. Hvis du holder dig p\u00e5 h\u00f8jre side af den lille b\u00e6k, er det nemmest at krydse nedad. Derefter bliver det j\u00e6vnt faldende og du kommer ned i den brede dal, der l\u00f8ber vestp\u00e5 mod Eqalorutsit. Her f\u00f8lger du f\u00e5restier mellem buske og krat p\u00e5 den nordlige side af den lille elv. Der ligger en lille n\u00f8dhytte\/shelter i dalen, hvor du kommer ned fra passet, men der er s\u00e5 fint at campere p\u00e5 gr\u00e6sset helt ude ved fjorden, s\u00e5 vi anbefaler at du forts\u00e6tter de sidste 5-6 km gennem dalen derud til.<\/p>

Bliv en dag eller to ved bugten og tag p\u00e5 en dagstur op mod gletscheren. P\u00e5 turen tilbage kan du variere ruten oppe fra passet og s\u00f8ge ned i Paradisdalen og derfra ned i dalen Qoorlortup Itinnera, og evt ud til Tasiusaq ved Sermilik fjorden (se rutebeskrivelser under\u00a0her.<\/a>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
